Tenants with a lease term of more than 28 days must pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. After checking out, the internal conditions of the unit will be counted and the electricity bill (if any) that exceeds the limit will be deducted, as well as the guests' expenses such as meals, purchases, and concert tickets during the stay, and then the property will be refunded along the way.
